Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a therapeutic approach that is gaining much recognition as an effective treatment for a wide range of emotional and psychological issues including anxiety, depression, stress, and substance abuse.

The essential component of ACT is letting go of the struggle to control unwanted thoughts and feelings, being mindfully aware of the present moment, and committing to a course of action that is consistent with what you value most in life.
Existential Psychotherapy
Existential psychotherapy is a style of therapy that places emphasis on the human condition as a whole. Existential psychotherapy uses a positive approach that applauds human capacities and aspirations while simultaneously acknowledging human limitations. The focus of this type of therapy centres on concepts applicable to community humanity such as death, freedom, loneliness, meaning and purpose. Existential psychotherapy shares many similarities with humanistic psychology, experiential psychotherapy, depth psychotherapy, and relational psychotherapy.
